The following small series has sorted out the consumables calculation formula of cold stretch hooding machine for everyone, as follows
- The weight of a meter-long film m = (pallet length * 2 + tray width * 2) * elongation 0.8 * film thickness 15 μm * film density 0.918
- Weight of membrane required for one pallet M=m* (pallet height +0.6m)
Example: The pallet size is 1200*1000*1500
m=（1.2*2+1*2）*0.8*0.15*0.918=0.4847kg
M=0.4847*(1.5+0.6)=1.0178kg, that is, one pallet requires 1.0178kg of membrane.
