At the beginning of the annual meeting, Mr. Feng, the general manager of the company, delivered a speech for the ceremony, taking us to review the harvest and honor in 2022, but also pointed out our shortcomings, and called on everyone to start from small things, "how to sweep the world without sweeping a room" (such as seeing garbage in the factory area, pick it up casually). It was also this year, Guhao people experienced hard work and growth, everyone deeply experienced the unity and love of Guhao family, at the same time, we Mr. Feng mentioned that 80% of the company's employees have worked for more than 5 years, and also thank many colleagues for their trust and support along the way.
